Indi & Cold Voile Blouse

A vibrant cobalt cotton voile blouse.  With dainty ruffles and pin tucks on the front.  It has dropped shoulder with a ruffle at the armhole.   Fastened at the front with tiny blue buttons.  Would look great with the wide legged stone trousers.
