The term ‘Attic” or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website whose registered name and office address is Attic Limited, 33 St Mary’s Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 2DS. Our company registration number is 7436716, our VAT number is 875090701 and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.
Attic reserve the right to modify / change the website at any given time. Prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of delivery costs.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Card orders are processed securely by Paypal. Attic does not handle any card data for orders placed online.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale so always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.

Delivery will be via DHL or Royal Mail. The standard cost will be £2.95.
Please note these costs only apply to mainland UK.
We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.
Delivery charges are a fixed postal cost.
We welcome international orders. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)1780 766667 for a quote.
Please include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers will need to contact you.
Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International Orders.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Attic however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

If you receive a faulty or damaged good, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you
With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us.
