Loyalty Scheme

Attic values the loyalty of its customers, which is why we set up our loyalty scheme.

To be eligible, customers must provide contact details which are stored on our EPOS system. These details are NOT shared with ANY 3rd parties.

Customers receive a plastic wallet sized card, to be presented at point of sale when any purchases are made. Our EPOS system will keep a record of purchases made. Customers may see their purchasing record on request.

Customers earn 1 point for every £1 spent.

Twice each year (End June and End December) points earned in the loyalty scheme will be calculated and vouchers will be distributed. £25 for every 500 points earned.

The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of issue and this date will be marked on the voucher document.

Points will be carried over for 1 year (i.e. through 2 calculation points). E.g. In year 1, points that are earned up to end June, but insufficient to gain a voucher, will be carried into the December calculation. These December points will also be carried forward to the year 2 June calculation. If the customer has not accrued sufficient points to gain a voucher by year 2 June calculation, the carried forward points will be zeroised.
